Your monthly price depends on two things: how many dogs you have and how big the yard is. Check it below and you'll see your price before you sign up. Billing is monthly, in advance.
First visit: the big catch-up
However long it's been, no judgment. There's no setup or first-visit fee. The first visit includes up to 30 minutes. If your yard needs more, it's $10 per additional 15 minutes — and that's in your written terms before I start.
Every visit after that
A text when I'm on my way. A full sweep of the yard. The gate latched and photographed. A text when I'm done. You'll know it's done without stepping outside.
Pricing
For one dog and a yard under ¼ acre: $95 a month for weekly visits, or $70 a month every other week. On either plan, each extra dog adds $5 a month and each additional ¼ acre adds $5. Billed monthly, in advance.
What you can count on
You'll know your gate is latched
Every visit ends with your gate closed, latched, and photographed. The photo comes to you by text. If I can't secure it, you hear from me right away.
The same person, every visit
I own the business and I do every visit myself. You'll always know who's in your yard: the person you signed up with.
Same day, every time
Every visit falls on a Saturday, in a consistent time window, in all but genuinely unsafe weather. A text before I arrive, another when I'm done, so you can stop thinking about it.
No surprises in the grass
I walk the entire accessible yard on a grid, not just the spots that are easy to see.
Clean tools between every yard
Tools and boots are disinfected before I walk into the next yard, so nothing travels from someone else's dogs to yours.

What day do you come?
Saturday, every week, between 8am–4pm. You'll have a consistent arrival window, and a text when I'm on my way.
What do I need to do before a visit?
Three things: leave the gate unlocked, keep your dogs inside, and keep the yard passable.
Do my dogs really need to be inside?
Yes, every visit. It's a safety standard, not a judgment of your dogs. I work alone, so the yard stays dog-free while I'm in it.
What if my gate is locked when you arrive?
The visit is billed as completed — the trip was made and your slot was held, same as any missed appointment. Unlock it and text me, and I'll come back the same week to make it up.
Is there a setup or first-visit fee?
No. Your first month is billed at your regular monthly rate, in advance. The first visit includes up to 30 minutes; if the yard needs more, it's $10 per additional 15 minutes. That's in writing before I start.
Where does the waste go?
It's double-bagged and placed in your own trash bin for your regular collection. After a heavy first cleanup, I may split it across two visits so the bin isn't too heavy for the truck.
How does billing work?
By card, through Stripe. You're billed monthly, in advance.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
There's no contract. Cancel anytime, with no fee — text me at least 3 days before your billing date. Service continues through the end of the month you've paid for; there are no partial refunds.
Can I pause while I'm away?
Yes, anytime, with no fee. Pauses run in whole billing months — text me at least 3 days before your billing date and that month isn't charged. For shorter trips, your rate stays the same: it holds your Saturday slot, and it already evens out months with five Saturdays. Your first visit back after a pause includes 30 minutes, with extra time billed at $10 per 15 minutes if the yard needs it.
What about bad weather and holidays?
Service runs in most weather. If conditions are genuinely unsafe, I'll reschedule and let you know in advance. If your service day falls on a major holiday, I'll move that visit to the Sunday before or after, and text you the week ahead. No missed weeks, no change to your bill.
Can I get every-other-week service?
Yes. It's $70 a month for one dog and a yard under ¼ acre, with the same $5 per extra dog and $5 per additional ¼ acre. Weekly is what I recommend, so nothing builds up between visits.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. K&P Pet Waste Removal holds a Delaware business license and carries general liability insurance, including coverage for pets.
Do you serve HOAs, apartments, or businesses?
Not right now — homes only.
